Day 1: Nairobi > Masai Mara
After breakfast we will pick you up from your hotel and depart for Masai Mara Game Reserve, stopping at the view point of the rift valley and at Narok for lunch. We arrive in time for a late afternoon game drive. The park is basically an extension of Tanzania’s Serengeti National Park and the two are separated by an artificial border. Diner and overnight at a lodge/campsite
Day 2: Masai Mara
Early breakfast followed by a full day of game drives within the reserve. The Masai Mara is famous for its black mane lions, elephants and buffalo that make three of the big five. We will cater for a picnic lunch at the hippo pool where you may spot crocodiles basking on the rocks. Numerous plain game can be seen e.g. antelopes, wildebeest, zebras, the Masai giraffe, hyenas and vultures. Rests of the meals are at a lodge/campsite.
Day 3: Masai Mara > Nairobi
After breakfast and your last game drive, depart the Mara region for Nairobi with lunch enroute, arriving in the late afternoon/early evening.
