Day 1: Nairobi to Amboseli National Park
After breakfast, depart from Nairobi and drive to Amboseli National Park, arriving in time for lunch at your lodge. In the afternoon, embark on your first game drive in this iconic park, famous for its large elephant herds and stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Spot lions, cheetahs, wildebeest, and various bird species against the breathtaking backdrop of Africa's highest peak. Dinner and overnight at your lodge or camp.
Day 2: Full Day in Amboseli National Park
Rise early for a morning game drive when animals are most active and the views of Kilimanjaro are often clearest. Return to the lodge for breakfast and some relaxation. In the afternoon, venture out for another extensive game drive, exploring different areas of the park including the swampy areas where elephants and hippos congregate. Enjoy spectacular sunset views of Mount Kilimanjaro before returning to your accommodation for dinner.
Day 3: Amboseli to Nairobi
Enjoy one final early morning game drive in Amboseli, capturing last photos of wildlife with the majestic mountain backdrop. After breakfast at the lodge, check out and begin your journey back to Nairobi. Stop for lunch en route and arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon, where you'll be dropped off at your hotel or the airport for your departure flight.
