Day 1: Nairobi to Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast, depart Nairobi for Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving in time for lunch. Enjoy an afternoon game drive where you'll search for both black and white rhinos in this renowned sanctuary, as well as flamingos, pelicans, and the rare Rothschild's giraffe. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.
Day 2: Lake Nakuru to Lake Naivasha
After breakfast, depart for Lake Naivasha with a scenic cycle ride en route. After lunch, experience Hell's Gate National Park on two wheels — one of the few parks where you can cycle freely among wildlife like zebra, giraffe, and buffalo. Alternatively, take a boat ride on Lake Naivasha to see hippos. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.
Day 3: Lake Naivasha to Masai Mara
After breakfast, drive to the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve, arriving in time for lunch. In the afternoon, embark on your first game drive across the rolling savannah, searching for the Big Five and observing the incredible concentration of wildlife. Dinner and overnight at your lodge or camp.
Day 4: Full Day in Masai Mara
Spend the entire day exploring the Masai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives. Witness the amazing wildlife including lions, cheetahs, elephants, and vast herds of antelope. Visit the Mara River where hippos and crocodiles bask, and with luck, witness the Great Migration (seasonal). All meals and overnight at your lodge.
Day 5: Masai Mara to Lake Elementaita
Enjoy a final early morning game drive in the Mara, followed by breakfast. Depart for Lake Elementaita, with a scenic cycling segment through the Great Rift Valley landscape. After lunch, relax at your lodge or take a nature walk. Dinner and overnight with stunning lake views.
Day 6: Lake Elementaita to Nairobi
After breakfast, enjoy a morning cycling adventure through the local countryside before beginning your return journey to Nairobi. Stop for lunch en route and arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon, where you'll be dropped off at your hotel or the airport for your departure flight.
